Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service cum Receptionist to provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role. Duties include managing customer feedback, performing cashiering tasks, and upselling products. The position offers a salary range of $2,500 - $3,500 with bonuses, along with provided meals. The workweek includes 5 days plus alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' experience as front desk, receptionist or in customer service.
  • Able to commit to 5.5 days of work including alternate Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Generate reports and suggest service improvements.
  • Perform cashiering duties and maintain appointments.
  • Inform customers of promotions and follow up regularly.
