A leading financial institution in Singapore is looking for a customer service representative to manage client inquiries and ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities include reaching out to clients, managing orders, and resolving issues via multiple communication channels. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Both entry-level and candidates with 2 or more years of experience are welcome to apply. Hybrid working model and excellent staff welfare are offered.
Remuneration: $3,500 to $4,500 (commensurate with experience)
5 days work week
