Work you’ll do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Development & Lead Generation
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in internal audit, and related consulting services.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic sales planning.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, Heads of Internal Audit, Risk Officers, Compliance Officer, etc.).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on internal controls, risk management, compliance, and governance matters.
  • Proposal & Pitch Support
  • Coordinate the preparation of proposals, presentations, and tenders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to shape customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Collaboration & Internal Alignment
  • Work closely with internal audit, consulting, tax, and advisory teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with marketing and communications to develop campaigns and thought leadership content.
  • Sales Reporting & Strategy
  • Track performance against sales targets and prepare regular business development reports.
  • Provide feedback on service offerings, pricing strategies, and market demands.

  • Engage and collaborate with regional Deloitte offices to deliver regional engagements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (CIA, CPA, ACCA, etc.) a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably within professional services, consulting, internal audit, or in the Energy, Resource and Industrial.
  • Proven track record in sales, networking, and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Thai and English (verbal and written).
