Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and intellectually curious individual with at least 5 years of working experience to join our rotational development program. This role is ideal for someone with strong exposure to public-private partnerships, investment facilitation, or industry development, and who has a deep understanding of the energy or oil & gas sector, particularly natural gas.

You will rotate across key commercial departments to build a comprehensive understanding of our business, with a clear pathway to a commercial development or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across core commercial functions such as strategy, business development, operations, and client partnerships
• Conduct market and industry analysis to support strategic planning and commercial initiatives
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and support senior management on business-critical initiatives
• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders across the energy ecosystem
• Develop a holistic understanding of the gas value chain, infrastructure, and regulatory landscape

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in roles related to economic development, investment promotion, corporate strategy, or public-private engagement
• Strong knowledge or exposure to the energy, oil & gas sector, especially natural gas markets and value chains
• Proven ability to navigate cross-sector stakeholders and work across departments
• Analytical, adaptable, and commercially driven with strong execution capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
