🔧 Your Mission:

As our Spare Parts Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of sourcing innovation, responsible for identifying top-tier OEM and aftermarket suppliers, developing strategic sales plans, and managing supplier relationships to ensure quality, profitability, and growth.

🌍 Key Responsibilities:
  • OEM & Aftermarket Partner Development
    Scout, evaluate, and onboard global suppliers to strengthen our sourcing capabilities.
  • Sales Strategy & Target Setting
    Design and execute monthly and annual sales plans. Set and monitor team targets aligned with company goals.
  • Revenue & Profitability Management
    Drive sales performance, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance profit margins.
  • Supplier Relationship Management
    Build long-term partnerships with OEM principals and aftermarket vendors.
  • Market Intelligence & Benchmarking
    Stay ahead of industry trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities.
  • Tender & Proposal Management
    Lead tender participation, RFQs, and contract negotiations. Prepare winning proposals and close strategic deals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    Work closely with engineering, operations, and finance to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance
    Ensure all parts meet regulatory and quality standards.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    Track KPIs, analyze pipeline progress, and report to senior management.
