Job summary

An interior fit-out company in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive/Manager to drive new business inquiries and maintain existing client relationships. The successful candidate will develop business strategies, conduct market research, and manage client expectations. A Bachelor's degree in business and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience are required along with strong communication and leadership skills.

We are an interior fit-out company and currently hiring for a Business Development Executive/ Manager with an outgoing and dynamic personality as part of our team. You will be responsible for driving new business enquiries and building relationship with new client and all of our existing clients. Our goal is to achieve an excellent and sustainable financial growth through continuous boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Description
  • Developing a business strategy plan on lead generations.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meeting with prospective clients.
  • Identify new opportunities through leads generation and existing client base.
  • Take lead role in tender proposal and tender process.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely submission of tender proposal.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Must be able to meet company’s annual sales target.
  • Develop customers’ web platforms and digital experience.
Job Qualifications/ Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in business or equivalent experience in business development.
  • 2 to 5 years of related works experience in business development/ sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsible and results driven.
  • Possess outstanding leadership quality.
  • Proven track record.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • He/ she has a good time management and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software i.e., MS power point, excel spreadsheet, Words and Outlook.
  • Experience in commercial fit-out will be a plus and a good track records in sales.
