A leading impact investment firm is seeking a Senior Associate based in Asia to support growth equity and infrastructure projects. This role involves sourcing, diligence, and monitoring investments in climate-resilient water and sanitation projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment management, strong analytical skills, and be comfortable in a remote work environment. Collaborative work across diverse geographic locations is essential, with travel of up to 25% required.

WaterEquity is seeking a Senior Associate based in Asia to support the team focused on growth equity and infrastructure projects. WaterEquity recently launched a new investment strategy focused on equity investments in climate‑resilient water and sanitation projects and companies, and the Senior Associate will play a key role on the team to source, diligence, and monitor investments. The Senior Associate will report to the Principal, Head of Private Equity.
The ideal candidate will bring 3‑6 years of strong experience in investment management within private equity and/or infrastructure investments and be eager for opportunities to learn and grow with a growing organization. Candidates with greater experience and seniority on a case‑by‑case basis may also be considered. The candidate should be someone with strong analytical skills who thrives in a dynamic start‑up culture, excels at independent work and proactive communication, and is able to manage diverse projects simultaneously. Remote work and collaboration with team members across diverse geographic locations are required. Priority locations include India or Singapore.
This role involves extended periods of sitting and reaching. This role requires the ability to see, talk, and hear.
