Job summary

A leading food distribution company in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive for B2B and outdoor sales. The ideal candidate will be dynamic and results-driven, capable of growing revenue through new accounts and existing customer sales. Responsibilities include executing sales plans and leading budgeting efforts. Candidates should preferably have experience in B2B or outdoor sales and possess strong interpersonal skills. A valid driving license and own vehicle are preferred for this role.

Position Title: Business Development Executive (B2B/ Outdoor Sales)

Working Location: Pandan Road

Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8.00am report to the office, 9.00am departure for sales)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Phone Allowance + VB

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow revenue by winning new accounts and increasing sales with existing customers.
  • Build and execute monthly tactical sales plans to hit targets.
  • Lead annual budgeting, planning, and execution to achieve yearly sales goals.
  • Prospect, develop, and convert new customers to meet revenue and placement targets.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience in B2B or Outdoor sales are preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive, pleasant, and outgoing.
  • Self‑starter who works independently with minimal supervision.
  • With a valid driving license, preferably with own vehicle (car/motorbike).
  • Dynamic, highly motivated, and results driven.
