Job summary
A data entry service provider in Singapore is seeking a Typing Clerk responsible for accurate typing and data entry tasks. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Chinese and Pinyin, have a basic understanding of English, and be skilled in Microsoft Word. Attention to detail and good typing speed are crucial. This role offers a structured 5-day work week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, ensuring minimal administrative duties while focusing on data accuracy.

- Able to input Chinese text accurately from digital or handwritten sources.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions carefully.

We are seeking a Typing Clerk mainly responsible for typing and data entry work. The role focuses on accurate and efficient input of information with minimal administrative duties.
- Perform typing and data entry tasks based on provided information
- Input Chinese text accurately (handwritten or digital sources)
- Edit, format, and update documents as required
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of typed content
- Save, organize, and maintain digital files properly
- Proficient in Chinese and Pinyin reading and writing
- Basic understanding of English
- Able to use Microsoft Office (especially Word)
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) and LTVP+ only
- 5-day work week 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours per day)
