Job summary
A leading printing solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to develop business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles. Responsibilities include canvassing for new accounts, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring proper follow-up on aftersales services.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity in printing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities, pipelines leading to sales closure.
- Canvass for new accounts and perform pre and post sales activities.
- Attend to customer problems and needs.
Skills
Education
- Develop Business Opportunities, pipelines which lead to sales closure and achieve monthly sales targets
- Canvassing for new accounts
- Perform pre and post sales activities
- Attend to customers’ problems and needs
- Propose solutions and conduct product demonstrations
- Collection of payment
- Proper documentation and follow-up on aftersales services
- Weekly meeting to discuss problems and market situation and develop solutions to counter problems encountered
- Submit sales forecast and failure report
- Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time
- Diploma and above
- At least 3 years of working experience in the similar capacity in printing solutions
