• Get involved in business development such as to identify and target potential clients, building a robust pipeline of business opportunities
• Source and screen potential candidates through various platforms and networks
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an added advantage
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
