Requirements:
Diploma/Degree holder with at least 4 years' experience in a staffing/search agency environment, preferably in a full 360 role including business development.
Attained full CEI certification (without any exemption) as required by MOM.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and loves to interact with people of all levels.
Tech-savvy and not afraid of using the latest technologies to headhunt candidates.
