As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll take on multiple responsibilities and play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations. Accounting background is a must for this job.

• Act as the primary point of contact for Virtual and other clients
• Troubleshoot and triage client issues, offering practical and innovativesolutions
• Coordinate client deliverables with the operations team
• Work closely with the accounting and product teams to enhance product features based on client feedback

• Are a strong problem solver who enjoys challenges
• Prefer remote work and value flexibility
• Are friendly, professional, and enjoy working with colleagues from various nationalities
• Are excellent in English (written and spoken)
• Must have a background in accounting/finance (Diploma / Degree)
• Are a confident and effective communicator

• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Arrangement: Remote (Work from Home, with occasional office days and visiting clients)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
