The candidate will be responsible for driving the development and growth for MacDermid Alpha’s SAS business at several Strategic Accounts, OEMs and OSATs. Besides being personally responsible on one or more accounts, part of the job involves the creation and execution of the strategic account plans in close collaboration with Business Units, Senior Management and other regions. The candidate effortlessly manages stakeholders across the organization and can work with and mobilizes others in the execution of the plans. A natural leader and role model strategic account manager that encourages and enjoys structure and who feels responsible to mentor, guide and support his team and others in the organization to be successful.
