• At least 6 years of sales experience in Telco / FMCG related environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales team management.
• Possess own transport with a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales & Distribution on assigned areas with KPI on sales target.
• Work closely with distributor in managing dealers’ portfolio.
• Plan, lead, execute and monitor sales strategy and promotion plans.
• Deepen dealer’s loyalty through activations.
• Drive and coach Product Specialist / Sales Team.
