Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition across Malaysia and the wider Southeast Asian region.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle – from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Work closely with technical presales, marketing, and executive teams to shape client proposals and strategies.
  • Contribute to regional growth strategy and help build the local sales team over time.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and with senior stakeholders at mobile operators, MNOs, and partners.

Requirements:

  • 7–10+ years in B2B sales within telecommunications software or mobile network technology (e.g., signalling, messaging, network security, roaming, analytics).
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals across Southeast Asia.
  • Experience engaging with senior telco stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Networks, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of mobile core network infrastructure and operator challenges.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and shape local go-to-market strategies.

Location:

  • This role is based in Malaysia, with travel across the region expected.
