The role involves providing nationwide technical support, diagnosing & fixing equipment issues, and configuring computer systems. Candidates must have a relevant degree, a minimum of 2 years' experience, and excellent skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. The ideal candidate can work independently and is willing to travel. Flexibility in working hours is essential, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical support roles.
  • Experience in installing computer hardware peripherals.
  • Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support nationwide across Malaysia.
  • Diagnose and fix hardware/software faults.
