  • Collaborating with the technical team to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and service history
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell additional services or products to enhance the customer experience
  • Staying up‑to‑date with the latest technologies, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable and informed guidance to customers
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively manage customer relationships
  • Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues
  • Familiarity with car maintenance, products and services, or a willingness to learn and stay up‑to‑date with industry developments
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
