Reporting to: Technical Manager
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Work Type: On‑Site

Responsibilities
  • Perform troubleshooting, disassembly, repair, and reassembly of medical devices and imaging systems according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Utilize advanced test equipment to accurately diagnose faults and verify equipment performance before release.
  • Ensure all service reports, repair logs, and spare parts usage are accurately documented in the internal system.
Criteria
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in the repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electro‑mechanical or optical equipment.
  • Deep understanding of quality control processes and a disciplined approach to following strict technical SOPs.
