Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• APIs or server-side integration coding experience with C/C++.
• Good troubleshooting and debugging skills with Java, XML, and C.
• Experience with MS SQL is an added advantage.

Job description

Responsibilities

Perform technical discussion with PLM solution consultant and study the requirement for application customization.

Perform application, troubleshoot, and identify root cause of an application errors, then perform debug, fix or workaround.

Perform code design or code changes according to new requirements.

Meeting with stakeholders to discuss, define the expectations and success criteria.

Learning of customer AS-IS environment for application version upgrade and migration.

Perform PLM system installation, implementation, troubleshooting and fix.

Briefing and providing training and enablement on proposed solution as and when required.

Prepare, develop, and present technical documentation as and when required.

Ensure customer satisfaction to promote customer retention by upholding quality of services through engagement with customer.

Assist in any other ad-hoc task and project assigned by your superior or management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Programming experience in C++/Java/Angular JS
• Knowledge about software. Microsoft Visual Studio and Eclipse
• APIs or server-side integration coding experience with C/C++
• Good troubleshooting and debugging skills with Java, XML and C
• Good knowledge or experience with Agile Development Methodology
• Experience with MS SQL is an added advantage
• Experience with data migration from legacy application is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of Engineering product development process in an added advantage
• Functional understanding of Engineering BOM and Engineering Order process is an added advantage
