The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Dynamics 365 projects. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing project resources, and ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with D365 implementations and a strong background in project management.

Key Responsibility

• Project Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for D365 implementations, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure that projects remain within financial constraints.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive resolution to minimize impact on project success.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, including business analysts, developers, and consultants, to achieve project goals.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that D365 solutions are delivered to a high standard, meeting client requirements.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, including status reports, risk assessments, and issue resolution.

Skills And Attributes

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
• D365 Expertise: Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing) and best practices for implementation.
• Project Management: Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, delivering on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Leadership: Effective leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire cross‑functional teams.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Problem‑Solving: Strong problem‑solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) are advantageous.
