Job summary
A local management body in Malaysia seeks dedicated personnel for its maintenance and technical team. Key responsibilities involve general repairs across various fields such as electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Candidates will assist with minor renovations, troubleshoot mechanical systems, and perform preventive maintenance. The role supports the Building Manager while ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficient operation of technical systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repair and maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Assist with minor renovation and fixture works.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and respond to daily repair requests.
- Support the Building Manager and contractors when needed.
- Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems including pumps and lifts.
- Carry out regular preventive maintenance.
- Monitor equipment performance and log daily activities.
- Support emergency repairs and liaise with contractors.
