Job Description:

  1. Ensures that regional business requirements are clearly defined, translated into integrated functional solutions and validated through structured testing to deliver outcome that align with Global design principles for all commercial workstream by collaborating closely with respective workstreams- PB1, PB2, PB3, CASA Portal and Japan Portal.
  2. Act as liaison between technical partners and business to fill the gaps in requirements.
  3. Collaborate with solution architects and technical team to confirm the design feasibility and managing key touch points and system integrations across the end‑to‑end commercial process.
  4. Work closely with PMO to track milestones, risks and deliverables.
  5. Planning, coordinating and overseeing testing activities with the Global test lead for all commercial workstream.
  6. Provide regular test status updates and metrics to Global and stakeholders.
  7. Be present in the regional command center during SIT/UAT/Regression testing.
  8. Drive defect triage and resolutions with relevant team when escalated.
  9. Ensure compliance to testing standards and Global tools, e.g. HPALM.
  10. Support readiness assessments & cut‑over activities for go live.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • At least 5 years experience in SDLC and large scale project implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills required.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Requires commercial skillset with experience in system related tools, etc. Salesforce, SAP, and quote to cash systems.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills required.
