Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged – training will be provided.
• Previous experience in industrial equipment or sealing is a bonus.
• Basic understanding of mechanical components (pumps, valves, hydraulics).

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers in industrial sectors.
• Provide technical advice for sealing applications.
• Conduct site visits, diagnose sealing failures, and recommend solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals & technical information.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain good customer relationships.
• Gather market intelligence (competitors, pricing, stock demand).
• Coordinate with internal teams on product feedback and area of improvement.
• Provide sealing solutions (oil seal, hydraulic seal, pneumatic seal, mechanical seal, gasket, etc) to industrial customers.
