Job summary
A leading Malaysian sustainability organization seeks an experienced professional to support their Transformation and Sustainability Program. Responsibilities include planning and delivering initiatives for internal service improvement and organizational reconfiguration. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and have at least 8 years of experience, with strong analytical and MS Office skills being essential. This role emphasizes proactive engagement and continuous service evolution.
Qualifications
- 8 years experience with 4-6 years in Corporate Planning, Business Transformation, Sustainability, or Change Management.
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination and transformation-related projects is an added advantage.
- Result driven, hands-on, proactive and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of IWK's Transformation and Sustainability Program.
- Assist in change management activities to ensure the sustainability of IWK's services.

- Support the planning, development, and delivery of IWK\'s Transformation and Sustainability Program including internal service improvement, infrastructure modernization, financial efficiency initiatives and organizational reconfiguration.
- Assist in the delivery of change management activities that ensure IWK\'s services are continuously evolving to remain strategically, financially and operationally sustainable.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Sustainability Environmental Management or related field from a recognized university.
- 8 years experience with 4-6 years experience in Corporate Planning, Business Transformation, Sustainability, or Change Management.
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis, particularly in transformation or ESG related projects is an added advantage.
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Result driven, hands-on, proactive and self-motivated.
- Organization and prioritization skills with attention to details.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill with all levels of staff.
