Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of IWK's Transformation and Sustainability Program.
• Assist in change management activities to ensure the sustainability of IWK's services.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, development, and delivery of IWK\'s Transformation and Sustainability Program including internal service improvement, infrastructure modernization, financial efficiency initiatives and organizational reconfiguration.
• Assist in the delivery of change management activities that ensure IWK\'s services are continuously evolving to remain strategically, financially and operationally sustainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Sustainability Environmental Management or related field from a recognized university.
• 8 years experience with 4-6 years experience in Corporate Planning, Business Transformation, Sustainability, or Change Management.
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis, particularly in transformation or ESG related projects is an added advantage.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Result driven, hands-on, proactive and self-motivated.
• Organization and prioritization skills with attention to details.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill with all levels of staff.
