Key Responsibilities

• Manage all operations of the Malaysia branch
• Lead e-commerce performance on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop
• Develop offline channels: accessories shops, 4S workshops, wholesalers
• Recruit, train, and manage the local team (sales/admin/warehouse)
• Execute sales strategies and achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs
• Oversee warehouse, logistics, and cost control
• Coordinate closely with head office and ensure information alignment
• Ensure compliance with local regulations
• Market research: competitors, pricing, trending automotive products

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience (automotive or e-commerce preferred)
• Must be able to speak Mandarin (required for daily communication with HQ)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving ability
• Familiar with Malaysia automotive aftermarket is a strong advantage
• Able to work independently with high responsibility
• English required; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
