The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing offline sales accounts, with a strong focus on modern trade and key retail partners. This role requires solid understanding of the skincare business in offline channels, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships and negotiate with partners to drive sustainable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with offline accounts (e.g. Watsons, distributors, retail partners)
  • Drive offline sales performance including sell-in, sell-out, stock management, and in-store execution
  • Lead communication and commercial negotiations with partners on promotions, visibility, and joint activities
  • Monitor and analyze account performance by channel, store, and SKU; prepare regular sales and business review reports
  • Ensure effective execution of product launches, promotions, and in-store activities
  • Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends within the skincare category
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution and account alignment
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of offline skincare business / modern trade operations
  • Proven experience in account management or key account support
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with solid Excel proficiency
  • Experience working with retail partners or distributors is highly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
