A leading e-commerce company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Executive to drive growth across platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee. You will oversee listing management, optimize campaigns, and analyze performance metrics. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of e-commerce experience and strong data-driven skills. This role offers competitive compensation and a collaborative work culture focused on data-driven and performance-oriented strategies.
We are looking for a commercially minded Senior E-Commerce Executive (Commercial & Growth) to own and scale our e-commerce performance across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and our official website. This role goes beyond day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for product performance, pricing, margins, conversion funnels, campaigns, and paid traffic efficiency, working closely with internal teams to drive sustainable GMV growth with healthy profitability.
1. Listing & Store Management
Own end-to-end listing management across TikTok Shop, Shopee and website, including banners, images, content hierarchy and PDP.
Continuously optimize listings to improve CTR, CVR and on-page conversion, ensuring alignment with traffic sources (ads, live, search).
Manage overall storefront design, maintenance and hygiene, ensuring consistent brand and commercial presentation across platforms.
Oversee daily store operations including product availability, pricing accuracy, inventory visibility and basic fulfillment coordination.
Collaborate with content, live and operations teams to ensure listings effectively support campaign and traffic objectives.
Work closely with product and supply chain teams to deeply understand product specifications, cost structure and competitive advantages, translating them into clear commercial selling points that drive conversion and sales growth.
Support product assortment planning, including hero SKUs, trafficdrivers, profit SKUs and test items.
Execute and maintain platform-specific pricing strategies (daily price, campaign price, promotion price) with clear margin awareness.
Monitor product-level performance, identifying underperforming or low-margin SKUs and recommending optimization or delisting.
Balance GMV growth with gross margin and contribution profit, not volume alone.
3. Campaign & Platform Management
Plan and execute platform-level campaigns (Double Day, Payday, MidMonth, Brand Day) across TikTok Shop and Shopee.
Coordinate internally with marketing, content, live and operations teams on campaign mechanics, SKU selection and pricing.
Manage and optimize campaign budgets, adjusting spend in real time based on sales performance and ROI.
Maximize platform promotion tools (vouchers, flash deals, ads, subsidies) while controlling cost efficiency.
Conduct post-campaign reviews with clear insights and improvement actions.
Identify conversion bottlenecks and work cross-functionally to improve performance at each stage.
Ensure strong alignment between content, live commerce, listings and paid traffic.
Support traffic scaling strategies while maintaining healthy ROI and margin discipline.
Leverage platform-native CRM and retention mechanisms (e.g.followers, chat, vouchers, campaigns, retargeting tools) to drive repeat purchases, customer lifetime value (LTV), and sustainable growth.
5. Paid Traffic & Performance Monitoring
Work closely with performance marketing teams on TikTok Ads and Shopee Ads.
Understand traffic quality, CPA, ROI and scaling thresholds (hands-on execution is a plus but not mandatory).
Provide feedback on traffic efficiency and listing/campaign readiness for scaling.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
Track and report weekly and monthly performance across platforms (GMV, margin, ROI, conversion).
Translate data into actionable insights for product, pricing and campaign decisions.
Clearly articulate what is driving growth, what is hurting profitability, and what actions to take next.
Not a purely executional “upload & campaign registration” role.
Not GMV-only focused without regard for cost and margin.
Not a single-platform operator.
Healthy GMV growth with controlled costs and improving margins.
Clear ownership of listings, campaigns and platform performance.
Strong collaboration with content, live and marketing teams.
Ability to identify and act on what truly drives profitable growth.
Must Have
3–5 years of e-commerce experience, with strong exposure to TikTok Shop and/or Shopee.
Solid understanding of listing optimization, campaign execution and platform mechanics.
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience analyzing performance metrics.
Strong cross-functional communication skills.
Good to Have
Experience managing multi-SKU, multi-price-tier businesses.
Exposure to DTC website operations.
Understanding of paid traffic performance and scaling logic.
Experience working in fast-growing, performance-driven teams.
