Role Overview

The Junior Sales Assistant supports day-to-day sales operations for both online and offline channels, ensuring smooth execution, accurate reporting, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role plays a key support function to help drive sales performance across key platforms including Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and Watsons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day sales operations for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada) and offline channels (Watsons)
  • Assist with e-commerce operations including product listing updates, pricing, promotions, and campaign tracking
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports; support basic sales and campaign performance analysis
  • Maintain and manage sales trackers, price lists, and data reports using Excel
  • Support market and competitor analysis within the skincare category
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth sales execution
Requirements
