Job summary

A telecommunications company in Puchong is seeking a finance professional to manage monthly accounts, cash flow planning, and assist in budgeting. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy, 4-5 years of experience, and must be proficient in Mandarin. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to work independently. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance/Accountancy.
  • 4-5 years of working experience in accounting.
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and bank reconciliation.
  • Manage cash flow planning and forecasting.
  • Assist in annual budgeting and liaise with personnel for problem resolution.

Job description

Prepare and handle full set of monthly management accounts on a timely basis.

Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, inter‑company and creditors account balances.

Prepare weekly cash flow report and daily cash book maintenance.

Prepare performance of trend, variance analysis and key financial ratios.

Prepare other financial reports/detailed accounts analysis on an ad‑hoc basis.

Manage cash flow planning/forecast, inclusive of payable and receivable.

Cover Malaysia company report.

Assist in annual budgeting.

Assist in backing, audit, tax and other accounting‑related matters.

Liaise with relevant divisional/department/operation personnel to resolve problems.

Understand and comply with E‑Invoice Policy.

Other tasks to be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/LCCI, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. Those with professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, etc.) part or full is an advantage.

Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Proficient in computer application such as Excel, Word etc.

Knowledge of banking, audit and taxation matters (Withholding Tax & etc.).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a must.

Working Hour: Monday‑Friday, 9.00am‑06.00pm
