- Develop and execute high‑level sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a hieman related field. An MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
- Professional certifications in Sales/Marketing, Digital.ย, or Real Estate are a plus.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacityൗ.
- Proven track record in the property development or real estate industry, with experience managing end‑to‑end project marketing and sales strategies.
- Demonstrated success in launching residential, commercial, or mixed‑use developments.
- Strong experience in leading teams and coordinating across departments and external stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills withẾ the ability to inspire performance and collaboration.
- In-depth market knowledge and analytical skills to guide campaign direction and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, campaign development, and customer engagement.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High adaptability and problem‑solving ability in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
