Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems from the product line/ process to minimize reject levels.

For more senior position, might acts as team leader to ensure that the work meets agreed targets by directly overseeing work team members.

Generally performs work of a similar nature to those supervised.

Likely to orient or provide guidance to team members but refer most matters to the superior.

Qualifications

• Diploma or extensive working experience.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the CNC milling machining process.
• Proficient in using various types of measuring equipment.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings.
• Having experience in First Article setup.
• Familiar with Siemens Controller (an added advantage to have experience in 5axis).
• Able to operate the conventional machine (milling and lathe).
• Required to apply mastery of skills in area of specialization. Adapts procedures/techniques/tools/materials and/or equipment to meet special needs.
• Works under general supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals. Reviews and reports on results and accomplishments.
• Judgment is required in resolving moderately complex problems.
