Job description

Coordinate and work with project consultants and contractor from project inception to completion

Supervise, manage and report to Senior Project Manager on the project progression and ensure work progress of the ongoing project in accordance to works programme, contract and specification

Participate in the planning and designing stage with internal design team and project consultant

Coordinate and liaise with authorities for all submission and approval within time frame for land related matter, planning approval, building plan and occupation permit

Coordinate updates to project guidelines based on feedback from all sources including the project post occupancy review process

Requirements:

• A matured professional with a minimum of 1-2 years in construction.
• Possess Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Building/ Civil Engineering/ Electrical/ Mechanical
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to handle stress and manage projects according to deadlines.
• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years working experience in similar industry are welcome to apply.
