A construction firm in Johor Bahru is seeking a professional to coordinate projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include supervising work progress, managing consultants, and ensuring timely submissions to authorities. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of construction experience or is a fresh graduate. A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required. Coordinate and work with project consultants and contractor from project inception to completion
Supervise, manage and report to Senior Project Manager on the project progression and ensure work progress of the ongoing project in accordance to works programme, contract and specification
Participate in the planning and designing stage with internal design team and project consultant
Coordinate and liaise with authorities for all submission and approval within time frame for land related matter, planning approval, building plan and occupation permit
Coordinate updates to project guidelines based on feedback from all sources including the project post occupancy review process
Requirements:
