A leading ICT solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and manage their inside sales team. This role involves developing strategic sales plans to drive business growth, overseeing marketing efforts, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in inside sales with leadership expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of ICT products. Qualifications

Overview
- Lead and manage the inside sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and maximize revenue.
- Drive the marketing and promotion of ICT products, solutions, services, and maintenance offerings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Supervise the preparation and handling of quotations, order processing, goods delivery, and payment collection.
- Research and identify potential leads to develop new sales opportunities.
- Oversee and optimize the cold calling process to generate new prospects and grow the sales pipeline.
- Conduct follow-up meetings with customers to manage the entire sales cycle effectively.
- Track and maintain sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to improve efficiency.
- Ensure the team provides excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Job Requirements
- Degree qualification, preferably in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
