Job Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the stockroom to ensure efficiency, productivity, and organization. Ensure smooth workflow for back-area staff.

Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, evaluate stock in the stockroom, and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate product availability.

Employee Supervision: Assist the Store Manager with employee administration, including scheduling for back-area staff and warehouse team. Provide training, evaluate employee performance, and promote team development.

Delivery & Product Quality: Handle and resolve complaints related to deliveries, stock discrepancies, and product quality.

Organization & Accuracy: Ensure that the warehouse is well-organized, with precise and accurate inventory control and management.

Visual Standards: Maintain visual standards for stockroom displays and signage to ensure a neat and organized workspace.

Your Role: You will report directly to the Store Manager, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective stock management, maintaining high standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor.

Location Flexibility: Willing to be assigned outside of home location.

Leadership & Team Development: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and provide training to develop employees.

Warehouse Management: Expertise in organizing stockrooms, inventory management, and maintaining high accuracy levels in stock evaluations.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers.

Problem-Solving: Capable of handling issues such as delivery complaints, product quality concerns, and resolving challenges in a professional manner.

Proficient in Inventory Administration: Skilled in stockroom inventory management, calculations, and using relevant software tools to track inventory.

Preferred Skills:

Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in inventory management and understanding merchandising techniques.

Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and retail software.

Analytical mindset for interpreting stock data and making informed decisions.
