• Able to work independently and travel within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Accountable for total sales coverage within assigned areas.
• Review and approve sales team KIV orders.
• Ensure customer aging is well maintained and healthy.
• Provide on-the-job training and upskilling for the sales team.
• Lead and execute all sales-related activities for approved products, packages, and promotions.
• Monitor new product penetration and market return based on KPI targets.
