  • Lead and manage the inside sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and maximize revenue.
  • Drive the marketing and promotion of ICT products, solutions, services, and maintenance offerings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Supervise the preparation and handling of quotations, order processing, goods delivery, and payment collection.
  • Research and identify potential leads to develop new sales opportunities.
  • Oversee and optimize the cold calling process to generate new prospects and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings with customers to manage the entire sales cycle effectively.
  • Track and maintain sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure the team provides excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Job Requirements
