Job summary
A leading e-commerce platform in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Relationship Management professional to develop and maintain key seller relationships. The ideal candidate, preferably with 2-6 years of experience, will construct strategic business plans and negotiate seller deals. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with a strong emphasis on analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Developing and maintaining a close relationship with Shopee key sellers
- Constructing high-level strategic business plans and identifying new sources of growth
- Educating sellers on methods to increase their traction in Shopee
- Negotiating deals with sellers and curating SKUs for various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required
- Analyzing sellers’ progress, activities, sales performances and category initiatives to drive transaction numbers and revenue
- Identifying market gaps and managing pricing strategy, product assortment, and stock availability of Tier 1 Brands in the category
- Securing exclusive partnerships for key campaigns (e.g.: 9.9/11.11)
- Working closely with internal teams (e.g.: marketing, merchandising) to optimize the visibility and credibility of sellers
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field, coupled with at least 2 to 6 years of working experience. Experience in the e-commerce industry would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required)
- Innovative problem‑solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
- Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIs
- Excellent command of English, and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Malay, Mandarin) will be an added advantage. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
