About the Role

• Business Planning & Analysis: Monitor seller performance, optimize operations, and drive order growth
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to improve fulfillment efficiency
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients: Build long-term, trusted relationships with sellers
• Seller Onboarding & Management: Engage, educate, and support sellers in adopting FBS
• Issue Resolution: Address seller concerns and elevate issues to relevant teams

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good analytical skills (proficiency in Google Sheets is required)
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIs
• Experience in e-commerce, account management, or seller operations would be an added advantage
• Excellent command of English and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g. Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) will be an added advantage
