Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description
  • Drive end-to-end product execution from strategy formulation to operational rollout — ensuring measurable business impact and on-ground adoption.
  • Build strong buy-in for the product vision and roadmap across cross-functional teams and external partners, translating strategic goals into executable action plans.
  • Develop and optimize strategies for Malaysia Warehouse operations to improve cost efficiency, productivity, scalability, and customer value.
  • Deeply understand operational workflows, pain points, and fulfillment challenges to identify product gaps and opportunities that drive growth, efficiency, and experience improvement.
  • Scope, prioritize, and execute initiatives based on quantifiable business impact, balancing long-term innovation with near-term delivery.
  • Continuously explore cross-functional synergies across product lines, including supply chain, fulfillment, and operational systems — to unlock process efficiency and business scalability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, supply chain, or any related qualification.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed. Working or internship experience in project management in the e-commerce, supply chain or similar industry is a plus point.
  • Result-driven and hands-on in solving ground operational issues.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and number-driven. Able to analyze data and derive relevant, data-backed insights.
  • Communicate and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, in both verbal and written form of communications.
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Willing to commute and based in Bukit Raja, Klang.
  • Fluency in BM and Mandarin is a plus point.
