About the Role

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, promotions, and campaigns in retail stores under management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the online store, ensuring accurate and timely product listings, pricing, and inventory availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, promotions, and campaigns in retail stores under management.
  • Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure accurate categorization, tagging, and product descriptions for all items listed.
  • Ensure all reporting submissions and tasks are done in a timely manner which includes store performance metrics and claims submission.
  • Manage inventory levels and liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfilment, accurate tracking, and resolution of any shipping issues.
  • Work closely with customer service to address customer inquiries, complaints, and product returns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on product availability, pricing, and specifications.
