A prominent banking institution in Malaysia is looking for a branch manager to lead the affluent-focused branch. The ideal candidate will provide management to the sales and operations teams, ensuring delivery of sales targets while catering specifically to high net-worth individuals' banking needs including investment advisory. This role also involves responsibility for loans, wealth management, and various investment products.
Responsabilités
- Manage an affluent-focused branch catering to high net-worth individuals.
- Provide leadership to sales and operations teams.
- Responsible for loans, wealth management, and investment products.
Manage Affluent-Focused branch which cater for affluent / high net-worth individual customers with specific banking needs including investment advisory
Provide leadership and management to the branch sales and operations teams to deliver the annual sales growth target, branch MOP/PBT
Responsible for all loans/financing, wealth, bancassurance, deposit products and capital market products, particularly investment products
