Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Takaful Consultant based in Johor Baharu. The Takaful Consultant will be responsible for providing tailored financial and insurance advice, analyzing client needs, and delivering appropriate Takaful (Islamic insurance) solutions. The role requires building and maintaining relationships with clients, educating them about financial protection and investment options, and achieving sales growth targets. Additionally, the consultant will participate in regular training sessions and contribute to team initiatives to expand Premier Azka’s reach and services.

Qualifications
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and understand client needs
  • Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Knowledge of financial products and Takaful principles, or willingness to learn
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing client requirements and providing solutions
