• Responsible and results-driven.
• Proficient in managing teams and conducting interviews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise retail sales associates to achieve company objectives.
• Ensure product displays follow guidelines.
• Monitor team attendance and punctuality.
• Train and guide new staff.
• Ensure sales targets and performance KPIs are met.

Skills

Strong leadership and people management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Good command of English

Education

Minimum SPM or equivalent
