Job summary

A leading marketing firm in Shah Alam is looking for a TM Executive or Assistant Manager to support its export expansion and enhance the SilkyGirl brand presence. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Business or Marketing, possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the FMCG industry, and have good PC and digital marketing skills. This role involves planning budgets, executing marketing strategies, and liaising with cross-functional teams to drive success in export countries. Multilingual candidates will have an advantage.

Job Responsibilities
  • TM Exec or Asst Manager in supporting the export countries expansion
  • New role that helps enhances our SilkyGirl presence, drive digital marketing efforts and increase SilkyGirl consumption in export countries where SilkyGirl has presence
  • Close communication with N+1 and co-workers to ensure implementation of agreed activations in export countries
  • Plans, executes and manages yearly sales and A&P budget of export countries
  • Ensure effective communication with export business partners
  • Liaise with business associates and coordinates cross-functional planning and executions in the organization
  • Plans and implements launch and promotion activities based on brand calendar as per country plans
  • Works closely with Marketing, TnC and Logistics for effective digital strategies, execution and NPDs
  • Prepares weekly report and monthly demand forecast for effective inventory management, coordinating export countries needs
  • Works with Merchandizing team to ensure effective product display with brand guidelines
  • Prepares monthly and activation reports for Management and export partners
  • Utilizes sales performance data and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and improve Oyakudachi
  • Tracks competitors’ activities in offline and online business of export countries
  • Performs other duties as necessary to support the objectives of export team and company
