Job description
1. Planning & Content Development

Plan daily/weekly TikTok LIVE schedules aligned with content and business goals

Develop live show formats, scripts, and run-of-show (ROS)

Coordinate hosts, moderators, creators, and brand partners

Identify trending TikTok LIVE formats and adapt them into shows

Set KPIs for each live session (views, engagement, GMV, retention)

2. Technical Setup & Execution

Set up and operate TikTok Live Studio / OBS

Manage cameras, lighting, microphones, and internet stability

Configure scenes, overlays, sound effects, and product pinning

Conduct pre-live testing and troubleshooting

3. Live Show Control

Run the live according to the rundown

Cue hosts on timing, talking points, and CTAs

Switch scenes, trigger effects, and manage pacing

Coordinate chat moderators to handle comments, gifts, and Q&A

Handle unexpected issues calmly and in real time

4. Audience Engagement & Growth

Optimize engagement strategies (games, giveaways, shoutouts)

Encourage likes, follows, shares, and gift interactions

Monitor real-time audience behavior and adjust content flow

Implement TikTok LIVE algorithm best practices

5. TikTok Shop / Live Commerce (If Applicable)

Manage product showcases and pin products during live

Coordinate with hosts on sales messaging and promotions

Track GMV, conversion rate, and order volume

Optimize live flow to improve sales performance

6. Post-Live Analysis & Optimization

Analyze performance metrics (views, watch time, engagement, GMV)

Prepare post-live reports and insights

Clip highlights for short-form content
