Job summary
A leading coffee shop chain in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. The role involves managing daily tasks, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and maintaining high levels of customer service. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Report directly to the District Manager on operational issues.
- Manage daily operations and provide support to outlet supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and company policies.
- Supervise execution of sales performance data to meet targets.
Skills
Report directly to the District Manager of all issues (company operational targets, and ensure the consistency of operation, product delivery, customer service, and approach) and take prompt and necessary actions
Manage daily operations such as providing support and guidance to all OSs within the locations assigned
Coach outlet supervisor to manage shifts which include daily decisions to make, schedule, plan while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness
Conduct the follow-up and ensure team member attendance is recorded
Ensure sufficient manpower and headcount at their respective outlets for a smooth flow of daily operation
Arrange training completely on time and follow up on the staff progress at the location.
Participate in meetings and able to supervise the outlet schedules and operations
Oversee outlets’ compliance with operational standards and company policies
Investigate, report, coach, and take necessary actions towards misconduct issues that come across under their supervision
Manage the deadline to prepare documents, reports, and update records
Supervise the highest levels of customer service. Support employees to enable them to be accountable for delivering good customer service
Execute sales performance data of respective outlets and maximize sales opportunities to ensure sales targets are met
Perform any other special projects/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
