Lead and manage new product development projects, ensuring timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
Prepare Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to ensure product designs are optimized for production.
Ensure engineering activities align with Time to Market (TTM) targets.
Provide timely Request for Quotation (RFQ) inputs to the Sales team.
Support production by minimizing mould downtime and improving process yield.
Coordinate tooling activities including jig, fixture, die and mould repair or fabrication with the Tool Room, ensuring timelines are met.
Assist in troubleshooting tooling issues when required.
Ensure compliance and full implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Participate and lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen).
Support any other assignments or projects as directed by superior.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
4–5 years of experience in a similar role within the injection moulding industry.
Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 standards.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Understands customer requirements and is committed to delivering quality outcomes.
Capable of meeting deadlines and adapting to dynamic project needs.
