Job Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain and update customer files regularly.
- Plan customer calls and ensure wide customer coverage.
- Spot business opportunities and follow up with orders.
- Collect project information and promote sales.
- Collect and analyze marketing information.
- Innovate and oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Possess a clear understanding of business requirements for both the company and clients.
- Remain tuned with consumption trends to keep the company's offerings relevant.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience.
- Enthusiastic about building good relationships with people.
- Familiar with office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Have a sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English or any third language.
- High level of integrity, dynamic, persistent, results‑driven, positive, highly‑motivated, and willing to speak up and present yourself confidently.
- Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
- Bonus: Experience working with a heavy machinery company.
