Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead, motivate, and coordinate team members effectively.
- Strong in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office software.
- Solid understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and distribution processes.
- Able to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, assembling, packing, and unpacking of goods.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and feedback to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Assist in planning and implementing warehouse processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely delivery and effective coordination of warehouse activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare required reports to support smooth operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose actionable recommendations to enhance warehouse performance.
- Secure the yard and storage areas by performing lock-up and unlocking duties as required.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within warehouse operations.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and adherence to best practices for safety, equipment maintenance, and stock preservation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and related tools, safely and efficiently to support daily activities.
