Job summary

Job description

Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and exit processes.

Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.

Support manpower planning and talent acquisition to meet organizational needs.

Handle grievance, disciplinary, and counseling matters in a professional manner.

Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation.

Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave, and overtime.

Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

Assist management in HR reporting, analysis, and workforce planning.

Administration

Supervise the administrative team in managing office facilities, supplies, equipment, and services.

Oversee company licenses, permits, insurance, and regulatory compliance renewals.

Manage staff travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics.

Support company events, meetings, and corporate functions.

Ensure a safe, organized, and conducive workplace environment.

Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government bodies as required.

Leadership

Supervise and guide the HR & Admin team to achieve departmental objectives.

Promote teamwork, positive work culture, and employee engagement across the company.

Provide support to senior management on HR & Admin matters and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.

Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll, and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires regular communication with our China branch.

Able to work independently with a high level of responsibility and integrity.
